- Advance Payment:

- Once the payment is processed, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
- Force Majeure:
- No refund will be provided for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond the hotel’s control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or pandemics.
- Any requests for changes to the booking (e.g., rescheduling or altering the length of stay) are subject to availability and approval by the management.
- If approved, additional charges may apply, but the original payment amount is non-refundable.
- Refunds will not be entertained under any circumstances. However, in certain exceptional cases, management may consider issuing a credit note for future bookings, solely at their discretion.
- Credit notes, if granted, must be used within the specified period and are non-transferable.
